    JenniferD > May 31, 2009 I am giving you a break from dance photos today. ;) I still haven't gone through them all. There are two recitals worth of finalie photos to process and edit yet. This was taken at the arboretum a few weeks ago. Hope everyone is having a wonderful Sunday.

I was so excited when I took it, then I spent HOURS on it in post - trying to figure out the best way to process the raw file... playing with it in photoshop. I knew it had potential - but I just couldn't find that key to unlock it. Then I tried a few warming filters and a canvas texture - and FINALLY it worked!

    JenniferD > October 8, 2008 - The Texas Star. This is an icon of the Texas State Fair midway. It stays in Fair Park in Dallas all year long. You can see it from quite fairly far away. The weather was perfect for the fair yesterday. We had a cold front go through so the skys were clear, the smog was gone, the rain washed away a lot of the pollen and the temps were perfect - high 70's. It was a wonderful day - we had a really nice time. I took quite a few photos and will spend a day or two processing them.
